When Senior asks Olympia to take a case for an old friend, Ben Vogel (Christopher Gorham), a former fossil fuel executive turned environmental innovator, the initial analysis is that a former employee has stolen company secrets and shared them with his new employer, a direct rival. Attention soon switches to Ben’s right hand man, Todd Paxton (Ben Ubiñas), but was he acting on his own initiative?
Meanwhile, Shae and Sarah team up to try and undermine Madeline and her position at Jacobson Moore. When Shae takes a trip to Georgia to track down a lead, Madeline reports her to HR and receives a visit from Senior to discuss her concerns.
This episode was directed by Hannah Michielsen. The writer was Sara Rose Feinberg.
