This week, we join Monk as he tries to clear his musical hero, Willie Nelson, when he becomes the prime suspect in the murder of one of his road managers, based on the testimony of a blind eyewitness. Meanwhile, a streaker starts interrupting Stottlemeyer’s press briefings, much to his chagrin.
