This week, Hooker and Romano have their work cut out after a murder is witnessed by an adulterous couple, Neil Stoner (Robert Hogan) and Allison Baker (Lisa Hartman). Hooker has to turn on the charm to try and ensure the killers, Danny Scott (Jonathan Banks) and Cal Jastrow (Michael O’Hare) are brought to justice, but can he keep himself from making promises he can’t keep?
